When I was a little girl, I loved being in the kitchen. My momma let me cook and create meals for the family since I was in grade school. Later, I watched my mom cater for large groups and I was fascinated by the whole process. Now, as an adult, my love to feed others continues to grow. Nothing better to feed my soul than others feasting on my meals and hearing sounds of delight mixed with laughter and conversation .
Food, good food, is a part of many life occasions. Homemade chicken noodle soup when you are sick, warm cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning or a steak that melts in your mouth on Fathers day. I love what I do, and when you have the opportunity to do what you love...a little magic happens.

My process to create a menu begins with meeting with the client.Once I know the location, time of event ,venue space and atmosphere desired, I build a menu that will reflect you and your event. Some gatherings are relaxed and encourage conversation and comfort foods. Other clients want an event that is full of energy , mingling and impressive displays. My culinary skills, along with the artistic style I display food, will enhance your event.I love the whole process of catering. When you are fortunate to do what you love...the end product is "magical".

I create and develop menu's with my client's input. It's my desire to take your overall vision and infuse it into something exceptional. The "foodscaping" and artistic style I provide will elevate every event. My goal is to create a menu that fits into your budget and represents you,your culture and your taste. For catered events onsite kitchen is required.
